Ideal Printers is currently seeking a goal-oriented, energetic sales professional to join our team in Saint Paul. This is a Business to Business outside sales position. RESPONSIBILITIES * Sell Ideal Printers product offering and services by interacting with new clients and prospects * New business development * Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives * Anticipate a customer's needs, expectations, and sell Ideal services and capabilities to meet them * Maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients for repeat business growth * Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth QUALIFICATIONS * Two plus years of successful outside sales experience in the printing and or mailing industry * Existing sales volume of $500,000 or more per year * Ability to build strong relationships, strong sales and negotiating skills * Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision * Excellent communication skills--written and verbal * Confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management * Excellent presentation and organization skills * Possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics * Be highly organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability The ideal candidate will also exemplify our core values: * Positive energy * Serve the customer * Assumes positive intent * Easy to work with * Good character For more information regarding this position or to submit a resume, please email* [please apply online]*
