In this role, you will interact with customers through multiple communication channels to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and share information about our insurance products and services. We are looking for an empathetic and detail- oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a sincere passion for helping others RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. * Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customers interactions and transactions. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating a genuine heart to serve. * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes. * Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. * Assist customers in completing applications and processing claims, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. * Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and concerns are addressed, fostering lasting relationships. * Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and enhance service quality. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. * Candidates with active licenses will be given priority, but we are willing to support candidates who are in the process of obtaining these licenses.
