Get Paid to Open Doors - Literally We're hiring a personable, reliable licensed showing agent to assist with rental property showings across the Twin Cities metro. No sales. No cold calling. Just be professional, show up, and help renters find their next home. How It Works: * Showings are booked automatically via ShowMojo * You'll manage your calendar and conduct the showings independently * Typically, multiple renters are scheduled in 10 -15 minute blocks at the same property Pay Structure: * $20 base rate per showing * +$5 per additional renter , with a $35 cap per showing * Example: 1 renter = $20, 2 = $25, 3 = $30, 4+ = $35 * +$10 bonus if the property is located 20+ miles from downtown Minneapolis * $100 -$150 bonus when one of your renters signs a lease * Mileage not reimbursed Requirements: * Active Minnesota real estate license (required by law) * Reliable, insured vehicle * Working smartphone * Professional, punctual, and tech-savvy * Bonus if you're interested in assisting with buy/sell showings in the future (with higher commission opportunities) Schedule: * Part-time independent contractor (1099) * Must be available at least three weekdays plus Saturdays * Most showings are during afternoon and early evening hours , though you can manage your schedule within those peak times * Best suited for licensed agents looking to gain experience and consistent income while working with an established agent Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week Schedule: * Choose your own hours Ability to Commute: * Minneapolis, MN 55416 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Minneapolis, MN 55416: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
