Overview: The Sales Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products and selling memberships. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. * Maintains key performance indicators, such as membership sales, set * Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions. * Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. * Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. * Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services. * Support the overall team in reaching sales and operational goals. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or business is a plus! * Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently. * Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications. * A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
