Compensation: $85,000 Responsibilities: * Lead real estate development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify profitable investment opportunities. * Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. * Oversee the acquisition of properties, including negotiating contracts and coordinating due diligence processes. * Develop and present project proposals to senior management for approval and funding.
