The Hilton DFW Lakes located in Grapevine Texas has an opening for a Group Sales Manager focused on the SMERF and Sports Market. Responsibilities include: * Manage accounts to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction * Solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. * Focus of the position will be solicitation of business for need periods. * Maintain relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and ancillary revenues. * Conduct site inspections. * Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel * Conduct outside sales calls, promote the hotel and review competition. * Represent hotel at trade shows. Must have 2 or more years of experience in the SMERF and Sports market in a full service hotel. Delphi Experience required. Only those who meet the qualifications of Sales experience in a Full Service Hotel will be considered for employment.
