Duties include : Develop & implement strategies for acquiring new areas of growth & negotiate contract agreements; Plan budget, identify revenue goals, & allocate resources; Lead team meetings, conduct a performance review, or maintain staff levels; and engage in acct. mgt. of clients; direct app. delivery goals; or manage team workload.
