Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telephone Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from screeners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to effectively negotiate with clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. WARM INCOMING TRANSFERS FROM TELEMARKETING AND MAILERS. Experience * Proven experience in sales or telephone sales is preferred, but not mandatory. * Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential. * Fluent Spanish is a plus. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales over the phone. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Experience in technical sales or software-related products is beneficial but not required. Commissions are paid weekly. $20/hr. = $800/week GUARANTEE PLUS GENEROUS COMMISSIONS. Our average representatives earn $10,000/month. Our top performers earn over $5,000/week.
