Regional Manager, Club Pilates, Multi-Unit (5) Boutique Fitness Studios Club Pilates or Xponential Fitness experience is required for this role. Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation 's largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise offering group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community, class formats target a wide range of clients' needs - from young to more senior and beginner to advanced. Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to teach group Pilates apparatus classes thoroughly and safely. Its over 2,200 instructors provide over 17 million workouts a year to tens of thousands of members. Club Pilates has been recognized in Inc Magazine's Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 List two years in a row as well as Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 two years in a row. As the Regional Manager, you will oversee five (5) studios in New York City/Westchester in various stages of growth -- from newly opened (2 months) to sustained (6 years). You will be responsible for driving success and operational excellence across all locations. Your role involves strategic planning and execution to achieve business goals, enhance member satisfaction, and ensure consistent brand standards. You will lead and support studio managers, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices to optimize studio operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and tasking performance, facilitating staff development, and ensuring high levels of member engagement and satisfaction. Your leadership and strategic vision will be critical in fostering a cohesive team environment, driving growth, and delivering an exceptional fitness experience across the region. POSITION: The ideal candidate will partner with the ownership group (family-owned) overseeing all studio functionality from Membership Sales to Retail Sales to Private Training to Instructors and more. We are looking for a true partner; someone who is in this as a career. This is an " always-on" position *as the main POC for all studios above the Studio Managers. The primary responsibilities require strong sales experience with lead generation and sales of new memberships. This is also a *" hands-on" position - you will be in each studio every week. Admin work will be conducted onsite at the studios. Candidates MUST have a sales background and experience in the fitness industry. Prior experience at an Xponential Fitness brand and/or Club Pilates is required. A passion for Pilates is an extra bonus! If you do not have sales experience with a proven track record for driving and growing revenue, and experience with an Xponential brand, please do not apply. REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of proven and effective membership sales or fitness sales experience * 2+ years of management experience managing a multi-location business * 1+ years of prior experience at an Xponential Fitness brand * Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as sell memberships in person, on the telephone and via email - you must talk the talk, walk the walk, and lead by example * Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams across each of the studios: membership sales, retail sales, private training, and teacher training * A motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and think like an owner (while collaborating with studio owners when needed) * Strong focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills along with solid writing and grammar skills - we have both sustained studios as well as pre-sale studios and each requires different approaches but always with a strong focus on the customer experience * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment - we are solutions-based, results-oriented, and competitive! * Ability to manage difficult customer service situations without excessive escalation to ownership while sticking to company policies but leaving all parties satisfied with the outcome * Highly organized, proficient in data management and evaluation of that data; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy and presentation skills * Professional, punctual, reliable, and neatwith an attitude showing you authentically care * Trustworthy, able to handle confidential information, and looking for a long-term commitment and opportunity for growth within one ownership group * Proficiency with computers and Studio software (e.g. ClubReady) DUTIES * The main categories of focus for the RM include: Membership Sales & Revenue, Lead Generation & Management, Studio Operations, Marketing & Planning, and Recruiting and Onboarding * Guide, train, and manage Studio Managers daily; including daily auditing of ClubReady, reviewing agreements and transactions, ensuring accuracy across all locations, etc. * Conduct regular visits to studios to lead intro pitches, observe processes, and engage in role-playing exercises (you are expected onsite for all workdays) * Set and review sales goals and strategies for new membership units (NMUs), private training, and retail merchandise sales * Implement our proven and effective sales process to schedule prospects into their first Intro class, and then pitch and close those prospects onsite if not before they walk in * Organize, keep updated, and execute onboarding procedures and training modules for all new sales hires * Manage sales/front desk staff schedule across all five (5) locations, overseeing studio management * Constant support in lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, forming area partnerships, networking and more, with the need to continually evolve and develop new ways of reaching prospective members * Ensure staff maintains impeccable cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio, conducting regular checks on the team's maintenance * Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and ensure all Studios follow safety, health, and business laws and regulations * Able to influence and inspire a team to drive performance * A much more detailed job description will be provided to candidates as they move through the interview process COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * This position offers a competitive starting base salary of $80k+; based on experience and performance * Commission paid on membership sales, retail sales, and more * Opportunity for a robust monthly revenue-share bonus at sustained studios, based on studio performance * Company-paid health insurance provided * Complimentary fitness membership * 401K available Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In personClub Pilates
