Job Overview Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Turf Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling turf products in our showroom, including synthetic turf, weed barrier, gopher wire etc. You will be working directly under the supervision of the owner. English/Spanish speaking preferred. Duties * Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating estimates. * Maintain and track inventory. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Support owner by preparing sales materials and tracking leads. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. * Perform general clerical duties such as data entry. * Assist with social media accounts and content creation. Experience * Previous experience in sales, customer service, admin preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Familiarity with the home improvement industry preferred but not necessary. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently. This position will start as a part time with potential to progress to a full time role.
