Compensation
: Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based. Base salary: $35,000 with the opportunity to convert up to $65,000 + commissions after 6-month program

Position Summary
: The Sales Academy Associate will play a crucial role in Cutera's sales organization by learning and executing our proven sales strategies while developing a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry. This is an entry- level position designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into medical device sales. This program provides a structured path for top performers to progress into a full-time Territory Manager role and is designed to evaluate that promotion within a 6-month timeframe.

Responsibilities
:
- Engage in outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate leads for the sales team.
- Support regional Territory Managers in customer engagement, product demonstrations, and account development.
- Gain expertise in Cutera's product portfolio and learn how to articulate the value of our technologies to clients.
- Attend industry trade shows, corporate meetings, and training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
- Travel within the assigned region as needed (some overnight travel may be required).
- Consistently meet performance metrics and demonstrate readiness for promotion after the 6-month program.

Requirements

Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships or B2B sales preferred).
- Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, innate sales DNA.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
