Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Responsibilities * Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets. * Utilize various lead generation techniques, including telemarketing and inside sales strategies. * Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products/services. * Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit with our offerings. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field. * Strong inside sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads and track progress. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients. * Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
