We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our team! Our ideal candidate has had proven success in a similar role, has pride and attention to detail, and is confident with a hospitable personality. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations * Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then setgoals and to determine action plans to meet those goals * Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales * Represent our hotel in various events and exhibition * Developing professional, long-term business relationships * Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer * Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business * Executes and supports the operational aspects of business * Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience * Develop strong relationships with front officeteam to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals * Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
