RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries * Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications * Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales * Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves * Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals * Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork * Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction * Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues * Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar * All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication * Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs * Strong computer skills * Strong sales skills This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Upland, CA.
