Full description of the position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Business Development team. Raaft USA is an evolving and fast-growing company providing commercial landscape products for roof terraces. Take a look at our website: raaft.co/en-us This role is office based in Addison, Illinois area (near Chicago). Your role will be closing deals through following up projects and building relationships. Driving revenue growth. Main responsibilities: * Following up leads and projects through to an order * Identifying key projects within focus area to drive sales growth * Responsible for sales conversion * Building relationships with contractors and other influencers with a view to closing deals * Assisting clients on technical information * Presenting lunch and learns and general product presentations when requested * Ensuring CRM is kept up to date at all times * Meet or exceed quarterly targets * Ensure customer experience is managed throughout delivery process Skills and attributes: * A background in the construction industry is essential. * Experience in the specification business model is essential. * Experience in presenting would be an advantage. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel when required * Sales-oriented with a strategic mindset * Agile and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement * Demonstrating excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Educational requirements: * Good level of education * Computer literate with strong administrative skills * Excellent standard of written and spoken English You will have a drive for success, be self-motivated, ambitious and someone who loves a challenge.
