About Us Secure Parking USA is a leading provider of parking management solutions across the United States. With our continued growth, we're looking for talented Business Development Executives to join our team in various locations nationwide. The Opportunity As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in expanding our portfolio of managed parking facilities. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships in the commercial property sector. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on structured parking facilities * Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads * Develop compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients * Negotiate and secure new parking management contracts * Lead the transition process for newly acquired sites * Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and industry professionals * Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape * Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company * Provide regular reporting on business development activities and pipeline Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field * Strong understanding of the commercial property sector (parking management experience a plus) * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Proficiency with CRM software and business productivity tools * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives * Professional development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Career advancement potential within a growing organization Location Multiple locations available across our the Midwest and Carolina's.
