TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER We are looking for a topnotch, outgoing, energetic, hardworking individual interested in selling to new and existing customers. This is a long term career for the right person. This position is a non-supervisory position and is responsible for the following: * Establishing new accounts * Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers * Determine the market needs for parts and identify ways to gain additional business * Effectively communicating with various managers and the corporate office to resolve issues, and capitalize on opportunities to improve business * Understand, promote and comply with all established policies and procedures * Performing other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Trustworthy, reliable, and professional with a personable and positive outlook * Proven ability to sustain self- motivation * A high degree of business acumen * Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven record of success in building and managing relationships * Heavy duty truck parts sales experience preferred * Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office products * Ability to maintain strong focus * Attention to detail and organization * Must be willing to travel * High School Graduate or Equivalent * Current Valid Driver's License * Good Driving Record BENEFITS: * $20,000 Company-Paid Life Insurance and AD&D * BCBS Health - Employee contribution decreases with tenure * Dental and Vision * Accident, Critical Illness, Life Insurance and Disability * 401(k) * Paid Time Off Plan We have a family-friendly environment with a business casual dress code.
