Compensation: $94,300 - $189,500 yearly Responsibilities: * Generate leads specifically tailored to potential clients in the Simi Valley area * Participate in specialized training sessions aimed at expanding real estate knowledge and honing essential skills * Persistently follow up on generated leads until securing appointments with either a listing agent or a buyer's agent * Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition * Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward achieving company objectives * Manage incoming sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients * Maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents using the CRM system * Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients Qualifications: * To be eligible for this role as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Simi Valley, CA, US, you should either hold a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate the drive to obtain one * Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration for this position * Effective communication skills are vital for engaging with clients successfully * The position includes commission opportunities as part of the total compensation package * Possession of a valid driver's License is a mandatory requirement for this role in Simi Valley, CA, US.
