Position: E-Commerce Sales Manager Locations: (1) Columbia, MD, USA, (2) Berkeley, CA, USA. Agnik is looking for intelligent, ethical, hard-working professionals who are well familiar with e-Commerce sales and marketing. The position is for supporting Agnik's Vyncs consumer and related B2B opportunities. Duties Include * Manage current e-Commerce operations. * Develop e-Commerce strategy for the global market, identify future growth plans and lead implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Steer the development of e-Commerce content as well as media activation with help from the in-house and external content development team. * Monitor markets, competition, identify current and future e-Commerce opportunities and trends for businesses growth. * Develop preferred partnerships with global key customers. * Develop and deploys tools as well as best practices to support e-Commerce business development in different countries. *Required Qualifications * * Bachelors degree in a related field. * 2+ years of experience in selling capacity in related field. * Online sales experience for consumer market is preferred however not required. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong sense of ethics and professional attitude. * Ability to communicate in fluent English. Knowledge of any additional language will be a plus. * Effective communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, both orally and in written form. * Attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines. * Strong working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, web pages, search engines, social media, and ecommerce platforms.
