Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This position is essential for driving business development and expanding our market reach. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services to set qualified appointments for sales representatives. * Able to make 125 plus cold calls per day (B2B), business leads provided. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and document customer feedback. Experience * Previous experience in telemarketing and outbound calling is required. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Familiarity with CRM Database Software - ACT! * Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. * Minimum 5 years experience in business development * A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment is essential.
