Burn Boot Camp is seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for the community and our brand! POSITION: The Front Desk Sales Associate drives new membership sales by booking clients for their first camp and executing the sales process to close members on day one. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. HOURS: Tuesday and Friday 4:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership growth goals * Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email * Must have proficient computer skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close * Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the gym, follow up on billing issues, book client meetings, and other administrative tasks * Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants * Participate in local events to promote the gym * Ensure gym is clean * Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Largo, FL 33770 (Required) Work Location: In person
