ABOUT US Class Leasing, LLC., is a leading provider of modular and temporary DSA approved buildings and classrooms throughout California. Class Leasing has a manufacturing arm that allows for a vertically integrated model, allowing the company to better and more completely serve customer needs and timelines. The business continues to show year over year growth due to our experience team and strong financial backing. Summary The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leasing and selling modular classrooms, restrooms, and other educational facilities throughout their territory, as well as other construction related activities. It's the primary goal to increase customer base by actively adding new customers. Essential Responsibilities * Actively pursue all educational accounts in your assigned territory; public school districts, private schools, community colleges, universities, etc * Request to be added to vendor lists and pre-qualify Class Leasing listing us as an approved vendor for all publics school districts * Search daily California Bid Network for active bids; make sure we make all mandatory job-walks, so we don't miss any bidding opportunities. If you can't make a mandatory bid job walk, see if someone can go in your place * Bid forms and pre-qualifications are the responsibility of the territory sales manager * Attend monthly the County Facilities Planner's meeting for your territory and report back the latest updates * Attend annual trade shows * Attend bid openings and report back competitor bid numbers * Generate proposals for standard lease refurbished, new building sale, tenant improvements, and purchase off rent proposals. Pricing based on existing piggyback bids for lease and sale. * Provide all cost / charge matrix with proposal for review for proposal approval. This includes refurbished leases and validating the net book value in determining the lease factor (.02 +) * Weekly activities; phone calls, site visits, office meetings, lunch meetings, construction meetings, follow-up/prospecting. Report weekly activities in Monday.com to track accounts * Network with architects and construction management firms for future business * Manage accounts, prospects, and sales by using the firm's CRM (Monday/Ramses) You own the information that begins in Monday.com from the prospecting stage, fill out all information, and check for errors. For all active projects, weekly, check the "Acceptance Dates" and keep current. The dates should never show expired in system.
