The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and have the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts. * Engage in cold calling to reach potential clients and introduce our products/services. * Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to manage accounts effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Experience in technical sales or territory sales is a plus. * Familiarity with retail sales practices is beneficial. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
