Job Summary The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Department by providing timely quotations, maintaining customer account data, and assisting with order processing. As one of the primary points of contact for customers, this role requires strong communication skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to make informed decisions within the scope of company policy. This individual must be well-versed in product knowledge and capable of navigating a variety of administrative and technical tasks that support sales operations. Key Responsibilities * Respond to incoming calls and emails from distributor personnel regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications; escalate inquiries as needed. * Prepare accurate and timely quotations for Telecommunications Accounts. * Maintain and update customer-specific spreadsheets, providing weekly reports. * Compare customer orders to corresponding quotations and coordinate with production and mounting departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. * Review lift orders to confirm correct options have been selected. * Process units for mounting and handle Engineering Release Change Notices (ERCNs) requiring change orders. * Provide customers with production schedules and delivery updates. * Prepare orders for invoicing and assist in ensuring timely billing. * Analyze, write, and update unit sales specifications as required. * Attend trade shows on occasion to support the Sales Team and engage with industry partners. * Perform other duties as defined by the supervisor or department needs. * Qualifications * Strong working knowledge of TIME Manufacturing Company products and awareness of competitor offerings--or the resourcefulness to find answers quickly. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach. * Proficiency in typing, word processing, and general office software. * Ability to visualize the finished product, especially regarding mounted units and custom specifications. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset. * Experience in a field, production, or management setting is a plus. * Core Benefits * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment Join the team at TIME Manufacturing Company and contribute to our mission of providing safe and reliable access equipment solutions to our valued clients!
