Additionally, this individual will provide inbound call overflow support when needed. This role requires a results-driven individual who excels in outbound sales efforts and has a strong ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively. Essential Functions: * Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to established customers to promote products. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. * Provide inbound call overflow support for the inside sales/power team when needed, answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM software. * Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Meet or exceed key performance indicators. * Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems and related information. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Required * Previous experience in a sales or customer service role with a focus on outbound calling. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred * Experience in B2B sales or account management. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. * Industry-related sales experience is a plus. Machines/Equipment: In the normal course of performing this job, a phone, headset, personal computer, and copier will be used.
