Job Profile: Sales Associate Reports To: Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader * Position Purpose At Great American Cookies , the Sales Associate is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the cookie store and is the face of the company in the eyes of our guests. Their top priority is to facilitate a fun and exciting experience for every customer. The associate works under the supervision of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader to ensure our guests have a positive experience and keep coming back. * Dimensions This position reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader in a particular operating location, performing a wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ringing up customers. The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment and must be able to quickly prioritize and switch tasks to meet company needs. * Primary Accountabilities In addition to following The Cookie Place, Inc.'s policies and procedures, principle accountabilities are, but are not limited to: Daily Responsibilities * Serve guests and create an exciting experience. * Operate a register and ensure accountability of money. * Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates. * Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas. * Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating. * Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed. * Adhere to all Great American Cookie and The Cookie Place, Inc. standards. * Perform other duties as required by their manager.
