Our team members focus on the following: * Identify distressed properties using our proven methods * Analyze flip and rent potential * Negotiate offers * Coordinate closings * Build a network of investors * Sell properties in our inventory * New and experienced professionals* make up our acquisitions team. Each new team member has a mentor, and training is comprehensive and ongoing. New team members average over $75,000 in the first year, while seasoned team members who master their craft and hustle earn well over $200,000.
