What you need to know before applying (Realistic Expectations): * This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT. * You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic. * You will go through a training program before taking live leads. * The role is HOURLY+ COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $50,000.00 more or less their first year. Skills and Requirements: * Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills. * Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. * Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills. * Proficient Computer Skills. * Strong time management and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
