Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Center Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world- class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Customer Service: Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide excellent service. * Shipping and Packaging: Process and pack packages for various shipping methods, including domestic and international options. * Printing and Copying: Operate store equipment for printing, copying, binding, and laminating. * Sales and Up-selling: Knowingly promote products and services, and offer additional solutions to customers. * Technology: Be proficient with Point of Sale systems, software packages, and internet applications. * Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and manage end-of-day duties. * Physical Demands: Be able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50-75+ pounds. * Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Skills * Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers. * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred. * Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. * Experience in retail sales or related fields is advantageous but not required.
