Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Costa Mesa-based team. If you're motivated by the thrill of closing deals, building strong client relationships, and driving sales success, this is the role for you. As an Account Executive, you'll work with businesses across the nation, helping them advertise on highways through exclusive sponsorship opportunities. Your efforts will allow brands to stand out in one of the most unique and impactful advertising formats available today. Key Responsibilities * Drive sales and meet or exceed both sales and renewal targets within your assigned territory. * Utilize professional sales techniques to develop new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Leverage our CRM system to manage client accounts and sales activities efficiently. * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients. * Ensure timely follow-up on leads and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. * Travel within assigned markets as necessary to support sales efforts and client meetings (less than 10% of the time). Skills & Qualifications * Experience: Proven success in sales, with experience in outdoor advertising or a similar field preferred. * Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell, cold call, and close deals. * Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Drive & Motivation: Self-starter with a passion for sales, able to work independently and thrive under pressure. * Education: College degree preferred. * Driver 's License: A valid driver's license is required. Physical Demands * This position involves light physical activity such as standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds). * Travel may be required, though it typically involves minimal time away from home.
