Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and driven Home Health Marketer to join our team and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to promote our home health services. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to build networks, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish connections with physicians, hospitals, case managers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers. * Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of our home health services to healthcare professionals, patients, and families. * Increase Referrals: Identify new referral sources and grow the number of patient referrals through strategic marketing initiatives. * Community Engagement: Represent the company at health fairs, seminars, and community events to increase brand visibility. * Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the healthcare industry and adjust marketing strategies to meet evolving needs. * Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on marketing efforts, results, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: * Proven experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or a related field. * Strong understanding of the home health care industry and regulations. * Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
