We are a technology services company that provides installation and monitoring of security and fire alarm systems. We are growing rapidly and need a flexible and enthusiastic Admin to support our 3,000+ residential and commercial clients. In this role you will communicate with clients over the phone and email. This will include onboarding new clients, supporting the sales team and scheduling installations. You'll have opportunities to assist in many areas as the needs arise. Since we are growing, we are excited to give you the opportunity to grow, based on your ability and desire to learn and take on more responsibility. Our team is friendly and highly competent. This role is in-office, with a staff of 10 based in Edina, MN, located near highway 494/100. Targeted compensation is $22-$27/hour, depending on experience. Assist team in multiple areas depending on workload You should have Two years' work experience Experience in Microsoft Office Demonstrated skills in organization and detail-work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and positive communication with clients and coworkers Ability to coordinate competing priorities Always seeking to identify a solution to concerns and challenges Able to maintain the quality and consistency of our client experience Flexibility and good time management to manage all assigned clients BA degree preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States Why our company?
