This hands-on role combines relationship building, sales growth, and product expertise, with a focus on customized marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include managing and restocking battery inventories, processing warranties and returns, and representing CAS battery products in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to build a career in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment. * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate a battery truck within an assigned territory to service customer accounts and deliver battery products. * Identify and engage prospective customers to grow the client base and drive new sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. * Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and programs to support territory sales goals. * Monitor and restock customer battery inventories to maintain optimal stock levels. * Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all CAS battery product lines to effectively support customer needs and educate internal team members. * Process product warranties and manage the return of battery cores in accordance with company procedures. * Prepare and submit weekly sales call reports to keep management informed of sales activity and progress. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the assigned territory and team. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment * Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities * Clear, neat, and legible handwriting for documentation and reporting * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team * Demonstrated success in acquiring new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned market territory * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communications, and routine use of computers and smartphones * CDL license not required, but strongly preferred WORK ENVIROMENT : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The role involves frequent travel within an assigned territory to visit customer locations, restock inventory, and deliver products and services on-site. It offers a high degree of independence and responsibility within a dynamic, self- directed environment. Regular communication with sales leadership and internal support teams is expected. Use of hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and company technology is necessary.
