Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: * Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads * Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals * Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region * Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process * Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Qualifications: * Has superb interpersonal and communication skills * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Real estate license required * Commission opportunity * Superb communication About Company M and M Commercial Real Estate leads the industry, closing 4.5 transactions every business hour, more than any other real estate investment firm.
