Kriya Hotels is seeking an energetic and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as Area Sales Manager based at Hampton Inn Trophy Club, also representing the Aloft Trophy Club, reporting to the Area Director of Sales. In this role, the ideal candidate will focus on the following: build strong partnerships with our customers, execute quarterly business strategies to drive revenue and measurable results, make local sales calls & be actively involved in the community. Client Relationship Development & Optimization - Nurture relationships with existing clients and maintain a target list of new prospects through the following: Direct local sales calls, telemarketing calls, sales promotions and blitzes, tours and site inspections, and client appreciation events. Prospect, entertain and meet in person and virtually with clients. Be actively involved in local organizations to develop business such as Chamber and CVB. Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients, to ownership and associates. Internally promote programs.
