Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team that is local and that can be present on a daily basis to come into our studios and get organic current content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. We just moved into a new office space in the Hutton building across from Skyline in Santa Ana, CA. We are an exclusive business networking club and studio lounge. We provide four different themed podcast set options for our members with all the professional filming, audio, and lighting equipment needed. - I'm looking for someone that is current with the actively changing social media trends, creative with vision. - Must have at minimum 2 year experience in this space, a portfolio of body of work. - Graphic design, videography and editing experience would be a plus. - Full-Time & Part-Time opportunity. - Must be local. - This is an in-person opportunity. - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals - Create engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels and respond to followers - Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing posts - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools Skills/Plus: - Proficient in social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer Etc. - Knowledge of SEO best practices - Experience in content creation and Adobe Creative Suite - Skilled in video editing - Familiarity with social listening tools for analytics - Strong graphic design skills for creating visual content - Excellent relationship management skills We have two different compensation options we can discuss.
