About Us: Keystone Yonder Inc. is a company specializing in shooting targets and hunting-related products. With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we serve a wide range of clients from retail and wholesale markets to OEM partnerships. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support our sales representatives in developing and maintaining offline sales channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with customer communication, both over the phone and in person, and be capable of handling administrative tasks related to sales operations. Key Responsibilities: * Assist sales representatives in exploring and expanding offline sales opportunities, including retail, wholesale, and OEM business. * Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Support the preparation of sales reports, business proposals, and other related documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery of customer requirements. * Help manage customer databases and track sales performance. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. * Interest or background in shooting sports or outdoor hunting gear is a bonus.
