Full description of the position
Description: Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Catering Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of catering operations, including lead generation, coordinating deliveries, and setting up orders as necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Actively generate and follow up with leads to identify potential catering clients. This may include researching new prospects, making outreach calls, and utilizing email campaigns or social media to generate interest. This would include outreach of all corporate store locations throughout the country. * Order Coordination & Setup: Assist the Catering Director with the successful execution of catering orders, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy of orders, and smooth setup when required. This may involve setting up food, drinks, and equipment on-site as needed. * Delivery Management: Communicate with delivery personnel to ensure on-time and correct deliveries, providing any necessary instructions to drivers and clients. * Client Communication: Assist the Catering Director with communicating to clients throughout the process, answering inquiries, confirming orders, and resolving any concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * List Management: Create and maintain organized lists of potential clients, current leads, past clients, and follow-up actions. Ensure timely follow-up and documentation for future outreach. * Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of catering orders, client interactions, and lead statuses. Assist in creating reports, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to administrative needs. * Event Planning & Setup Assistance: When needed, assist with setting up catering events, ensuring all logistical details are handled, including food, beverages, supplies, and equipment. * Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction. Requirements: * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (Excel, Word, etc.) * Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service is a plus * Ability to lift or move catering equipment or supplies (as needed)CRISP & GREEN®
