What You 'll Do: * Lead patients from initial consultation to full enrollment -- confidently and compassionately. * Stay in touch throughout treatment to keep motivation high and reduce drop-off. * Follow up with leads and unclosed cases to keep our schedule full and patients on track. * Continuously improve through training, feedback, and personal development. * Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and deliver a 5-star experience.
