We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas office, servicing the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of single-family properties while benefiting from Northpoint's established business development support. Key Responsibilities: * Property Management : Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties. * Leasing & Sales: Utilize your Texas Real Estate license to manage property leasing, as well as sell properties for clients if desired. * Growth & Development: Northpoint's business development team will work to drive new clients to help grow your portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months. * Client Relations : Provide exceptional service to clients, assisting with the closing process and delivering high-quality management services. What We 're Looking For: * An active Texas Real Estate license. * Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations with ease. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * A driven, dynamic individual who thrives in a self-managed environment and seeks growth opportunities.
