Job Summary We are the exclusive local authorized dealer and installer for a nationally know company, in business for over 25 years, and growing! Due to an increased demand for our products, we are adding an associate to assist our sales and marketing efforts. All product training is included and leads are provided. In addition, the selected candidate will be expected to solicit their own leads. Year one earnings range from $65K to $100K, with no earning cap. No weekends, nights or holidays. This is a field sales position with a flexible schedule: Part Time or Full Time. Our minimum requirement is three days a week. You may also choose to work Full Time, Monday through Friday. You will be required to travel locally to the customer's location. In this role, the ideal candidate will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with our customers. Key Responsibilities * Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Identifying potential customers and determining their suitability for the company's products or service. * Presenting Products/Services: Presenting product features and benefits to potential and existing customers. * Need Analysis: Understanding customer needs and pain paints to recommend appropriate solutions. * Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating price and terms, and closing sales and agreements. * Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Experience - Previous sales experience required - Strong customer service skills and etiquette - Basic math skills for transaction processing is essential - Ability to work independently and within a group Join our team as an Outside Sales Professional and enjoy a flexible schedule with unlimited earning potential.
