We 're looking for a *BILINGUAL* ROCKSTAR to help drive sales and boost our marketing game at our thriving land wholesaling company! About the Role: As our Bilingual Office Assistant , you'll play a critical role in our disposition team , helping us manage our Facebook marketing , talk to buyers and sellers , and negotiate deals. You'll take initiative, move fast, and get results. This is NOT your average admin job -- we want someone who's competitive, charismatic, and ready to dominate. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound buyer/seller leads via phone, email, and social media * Manage and optimize property listings on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms * Communicate with potential buyers and negotiate offers * Follow up with leads, create urgency, and close deals * Coordinate documentation and updates with our internal team * Keep Salesforce updated with all lead activity and property information * Help manage multiple tasks with urgency and efficiency * Jump in and take ownership of anything sales or marketing-related What We're Looking For: * Sales-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills * Fluent in English & Spanish * High energy, persuasive, confident communicator * Fast learner who thrives in change and loves taking the lead * Comfortable with conflict and pushback -- and knows how to close * Motivated by results and individual recognition * Creative, innovative thinker with a "let's get it done" mindset * Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Familiarity with Facebook Marketing and/or CRM tools is a plus If you're a fast-talking, persuasive go-getter who 's ready to jump in and get results, we want to hear from you.
