Retail Sales Associate - Furniture & Mattress Showroom Full-Time | Southern Pines & Carthage, NC Are you friendly, motivated, and ready to be part of something meaningful? We're a locally owned and growing furniture and mattress retailer looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! No prior sales experience? No problem. If you enjoy helping people, have a great attitude, and are excited to learn, we'll provide all the training you need. What You'll Do: * Welcome customers and help them find furniture and sleep solutions that fit their needs. * Ask thoughtful questions and listen to what matters most to each customer. * Recommend products that align with comfort, style, and budget. * Keep the showroom clean and organized. * Work with a team that cares about each other and our community. * Learn about furniture, mattresses, and design trends--no experience required.
