Expand your network, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships through cold calls, referrals, and industry events. * Close the deal. Own the sales cycle from start to finish--lead generation, negotiations, closing, and account management. * Hit your targets! Utilize consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals. * Work cross-functionally. Partner with leadership, pricing, procurement, project managers, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Stay organized. Keep detailed records of sales efforts in our CRM , participate in training, and attend company meetings. * Get out there! Travel 50-65% within your territory to meet clients, assess their needs, and deliver winning proposals. What You Need to Succeed: * Bachelor 's degree & 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience. * Experience in Building Materials, Metals, Construction, or Architectural Services preferred. * Ability to read and comprehend contracts, blueprints, and construction drawings. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems. * Comfortable walking long distances and lifting items (25-50 lbs.) when needed.
