After the sale is closed, you take the baton and lead the relationship- ensuring long-term success, strategic value, and exceptional customer service every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing: * Serve as the primary account manager for assigned clients, delivering proactive customer service and aligning our services with their goals. * Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction, spot opportunities, and strengthen the partnership. * Work closely with our technical experts (no need to be a tech wizard) to keep projects running smoothly. * Track progress, communicate consistently, and identify upsell opportunities based on actual client needs-not guesswork.
