Overview: The Tax Analyst assists with the calculations, compliance and audits for Indirect Tax for the Company. The Tax Analyst will also assist in the regular recurring journal entries and account reconciliations. Other tax projects may be assigned as necessary. The position reports into our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Flexible Hybrid Schedule. Essential Functions: * Provide support for tax compliance and/or audits for all corporate tax types and indirect tax (80% indirect tax) * Prepare journal entries and tax account reconciliations * Provide support for quarterly and annual tax provisions for income taxes under ASC 740 * Coordinate with third party preparer of unclaimed property to ensure timely and accurate filings * Other related duties as assigned LI-MS1 Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required * Experience with Indirect Tax required * 3-5 years of corporate tax, public accounting or related experience required * Intermediate excel skills required * Experience with Tax Research software (RIA or CCH) preferred * Prior income or indirect tax experience a preferred Benefits: In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
