The online platform serves the dietary supplement, food and beverage, animal nutrition, and personal care industries. We are market leaders in online ingredient distribution and trade, paving the way through innovation and delivering a technology-powered platform to meet today's digital demands. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Supervisor to work closely with our Seller Retention Manager and Seller Account Managers. This individual will play a crucial role in collaborating effectively with the team, driving operational excellence, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering strong relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our marketplace. Additionally, this role requires someone who is technically savvy, capable of understanding and utilizing our in-house systems to assist and educate our clients. Position: Seller Account Supervisor Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a team of account managers, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide exceptional service to sellers. * Be the main point of contact for escalated issues from account managers, providing guidance and solutions. * Take ownership of department operations and proactively develop solutions to improve processes and address challenges. * Understand and demonstrate our in-house system - the Seller System- to ensure the team fully comprehends it and can effectively teach it to seller clients. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounts and products, including product sourcing and market demand. * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. * Innovate and implement new ideas to learn about supplier partners and products, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and supplier capabilities. * Engage in quarterly audits and account reviews, providing guidance to account managers on optimal presentation methods * Analyze data and generate reports to present to manager on a weekly basis, ensuring informed decision-making and continuous improvement. * Collaborate effectively with other departments such as customer service, sales, and quality control to ensure seamless operations and address cross-functional challenges. Preferred Qualifications: * 2-3 years of E-Commerce and/or Customer Service experience, with some supervisory or leadership experience. * At least 3-4 years experience in purchasing, sourcing, or product management * Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to use data to make decisions. * Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment. * Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience using tools such as Microsoft Suites, NetSuite, HubSpot or similar ERP and CRM software. * Preferred experience in account management, customer service, marketing, or other related industries Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the following industries: Food/ Beverage/ Supplements/ Raw Ingredients/ animal nutrition?
