Sunhut Outdoor Tech Inc.,a pioneer in outdoor technology products,is expanding its presence in the Western US and California markets.We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage relationships with distributors and retailers. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the designated territory. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to sell our products. * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory. * Train and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and enhance their sales skills. * Present sales performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives. * Manage distributor and retailer accounts effectively, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations. Qualifications: * Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in consumer goods or outdoor products. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining distributor and retailer relationships. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. * Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
