Generally the hours will be Monday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm, could vary some. * Must be willing to occasionally work Saturday and Sunday for fill in. * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate telephone system. * Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold. * Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires. * Prepare sales, service and parts transactions for the accounting department. * Various clerical duties as needed. * Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees. * Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received. * Balancing till, batch out and balance credit card totals daily. * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication. * Filing, Scanning, Data Entry. * Miscellaneous duties as requested. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Experience using Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work effectively with customers, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check. * Willing to work weekends occasionally.
