Job Title: Appliance Store Sales Representative Location: 2242 w Bluemound rd Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time] Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on home appliances, helping customers find the right products that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Your goal is to deliver a great shopping experience, drive sales, and keep our showroom running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.) * Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and comparisons * Stay updated on current promotions, financing options, and warranties * Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and product displays * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous retail or sales experience (appliance or electronics sales is a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems * Ability to learn and retain detailed product information * Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-first mindset * Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods * Occasionally lift or move products (up to 50 lbs with assistance) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Shift: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Waukesha, WI 53186 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Waukesha, WI 53186: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
